Bearing in mind that it's a public structure ,what's the diff if it's in or out ? Either way it is a goob sanctioned religious display for a particular faith system . It doesn't matter who paid for it , it's who allows it to be there . The same display could just as easily been donated to a church , which would have been far more appropriate anyway .

Another example of why this court is totally screwed up. They have taken the reigns and steered this country towards Europe.

My gut feeling is that the reason they decided the way they did is that the supreme court building itself has religious inscriptions on the outside and they didn't want it marred - and I'm not kidding, that is how looney these 5 retards are.
