Default Wisconsin Hunting Murder Question??

Does anybody in Wisconsin know what the status on the Chai Vang murder case is? Last I heard, his lawyer was thinking about an insanity defense.

Cal, There was a motion for a change of venue that has been denied? They will have the trial in the county where the murders occurred but the jurors will be selected from outside the area.
The jurisdiction of the crime is sparsely populated with a lot of closely related families.
Everybody is somebody in the areas 2nd or third cousin or went to school with or worked with or somehow who knew the victims.
The sad part is our attorney general (drunk and a bitsh) is going to prosecute the case. She is doing it because she wants the favor of a win in her next election. She got busted for OWI and illegally using a state owned vehicle last year and is still in her office(????)She has little trial experience and even though this appears to be a simple case she could and is likely to screw it up.
The defense angle is race-based self-defense.
I believe you know enough of the details of the incident and how things work to understand his actions. His removing the snap off scope for rapid target acquisition, shooting fleeing and unarmed victims should negate that defense but unfortunately jurors are not always the brightest candles on the cake.
The last time I heard the defense was challenging the admission of the confession.

Insanity defense was ruled out early.

His admission of guilt IS going to be allowed in the courtroom.

The change of venue for his trial will have NO impact on the outcome unless Peg Lots 'O Lager (the state AG) gets to pack the jury with Hmong.

He's toast no matter how you look at it. At this point, it's just a matter of dropping the gavel.

It's unfortunate that Wisco doesn't have the death penalty.

Oh yes they do, just ask Jeffery Dahmer. It's Illinois that doesn't have one. Look at how long Gacey and Speck lasted, and then to have a crooked governor absolve all death sentences to cover his lack of morals. There is no justice in a PC world.

Hey tard, how about we dress Chai Vang up in a "chippie" outfit and send him over to your house.

True.... that is a tribute to our prison guards.. they have a wonderful knack of knowing when to leave someone alone to mop the toilet area when a psycho is in the area.. he he.

I figure vang will be wearing a dress in 6 hours and probably dead in about 1 month. Hey, did you see pictures of speck ? He is taking hormones, has boobs and a black boy friend........ EEEEK !!

Don't make me crazy like that, you've seen first hand how chippies make me crazy.

(tore out concrete steps today, gawd that blew, it was brick covered in asphalt covered in concrete that was re-wired and then covered in concrete, my wrist is killing me == but none for the illegals).

We have to get together soon, not next weekend, I have a pour to do.
