Damn "Radar" and his Beer Thirty, It's five O'clock somewhere isn't it? One of the very few traditions of the British Navy that I liked was the Grog ration for the crew issued at noon and the Captains' ability to have the officer of the deck "Make it noon" at any time he, the Captain, wished.
