Next door to a buddy of mine in Milwaukee is a woman that runs a daycare for working families. And totally unbeknownst to anyone in the area there was a convicted child molester living 3 houses away.

The interesting thing about that is that the recidivism rate for child molesters (and thats what this guy was) is very high. Even with chemical castration they still reoffend at a very high rate.

I realize that, I was just pointing out that even in cases where they did chemically castrate them (ie: no chubby), they still molested to a great degree.
