Default Albertans. Know anything about this buck?

I got these pics the other day in an email from a buddy.
Apparently the deer was taken somewhere near Wasketnau (?).
Just wondering if any of you had heard about itor know any of the story. Not the nicest pictures but an awesome looking buck though. I love racks like that.

I saw this deer on B&C website trophy watch section. Here is the blurb form B&C & link to the TW section (scroll down the page to find the pic and the blurb).

Just rumors at this point, and a photo. Thorsby, Alberta, is said to be the location and the date on the photo is Nov 25, 2003.

Any details?

UPDATE: B&C Official Measurer, Ryk Visscher has been asked to measure this buck after the 60-day drying period. Ryk reports the buck was taken with a rifle northeast of Edmonton, Alberta - netting over 240 - the drops are both 14 inches.

Thanks Skeeter.

Maybe Big Buck Magazine will have a story on it.

I saw it on the Alberta bucks website...they are questioning when it was taken since the date on the picture is this year but someone posted it last year
