I'll be out hunting yotos and ice fishn as well as hunting for sheds later on in the spring.

Rabbit season goes till the end of Feb here. Great fun and I get a lot of scouting in at this time. March is my only month offI usually go to Cuba for a couple of weeks to soak up some sun and rum.LOL I take a lot of soaking, as April 25 is our turkey opener, and it starts all over again.
Mike don't take this the wrong way) I said my season is over, the frezzer at the house is full, my moose is in my moms frezzer, my deer is in a buds frezzer in Bancroft . I dont need /want more. I have been hunting small game and waterfowl all fall in Haliburton/Bancroft area with my dog ( with down time during moose/deer),she needs some more polish on some of her field work so its back to the dog training as I plan to run her in hunt tests next year.
In February I start working sport shows and doing seminars on Turkey Hunting in Canada and the US. The turkey Bug seems to hit around the start of Feb...BT
