Do you suppose they would say anything about photocopied registration cards?
I don' t want to wreck the paper ones they sent me So I copied the originals!

Copies are A-OK.
CFC has it on the web page that copies are proof of the certificate.

What happens if your are borrowing a rifle, do you carry that persons reg. card?? Also if they were meant to be carried shouldn' t the CFC have them laminated to prevent weather damage? Seems like the feds, DNR, cops are taking this a little far.

Any Western Province hunters been asked for PAL/POL/FAC or reg. cards this year? I know I have been stopped 3 times and never once asked for these items but this was just the CO' s.

Paper registration cards that MUST be carried on your person when hunting/shooting that are more flimsy than a single ply of a$$ wipe is why I laminated them myself so that it won' t wear out and be unreadable . IMO , thats what they want to happen, so that they can charge for the re-issuse of them or charge you and confisgate your now illegal firearm. Which we all know is the secret agenda of the Liberal party.

Oops almost forgot, if you borrow a gun you need your pal/pol card as well as the paper registration of the borrowed gun.

Here in Manitoba we were checked by the Game Warden the first part of general Deer season and he never once asked for reg. certificates. The manitoba Govt. has said they will not pursue the GUN CONTROL issue. I think all this GUN CONTROL is a big pile of B.S.
