A Quebec woodsman who wanted a black bear as a pet, set out Tuesday morning and snatched a young cub from the Gatineau River -- its mother snarling from shore as Denis Ryan sped off on a Jet Ski, holding the kidnapped cub by the scruff of the neck
Hope the " woodsman" goes directly to jail, and the mother somehow forgets that humans pose immediate dangers. She' ll be more prone to protect her cubs now and may result in her being dangerous.
And who says that we have evoled into intelligent animals? What an idiot! I wish I`d been there, the cubs mother would have been the least of his worries.[:@].
I' am really pi$$ed that a jerk like that is refered to as a " woodsman" . I would also charge him with crulety to animals and revoke any hunting lic. for life. Also I don' t understand why they released the cub where they did, I would have returned the cub to the spot that it was taken from.
Too Bad that Ole Sow couldn' t have taught him a lesson on her own[:@] BUT then again she would' ve been held at fault, and probably put down for it![:' (]
