Default Info about Emo, Canada

My buddy bows hunts black bear through an outfitter and he has invited my buddy and I to come up there and do some whitetail hunting. I was wondering if anyone knows about this area, what type of hunting is it(stand or drives), can you buy a license over the counter(how much is it etc, any special regultaions.... Any info would be great. Thanks

The Emo that I am talking about is right across the border from Internaional Falls, MN. Am I able to purchase a license over the counter or do I have to get drawn? What is it like to get a rifle across the border?
