Default Extended Hunt

Why will the MNR of ontario not let a January hunt in southern ontario as the deer population is way to high and destroying farmers crops as well as road hazard. I also know the prices of tags are getting crazy what does everyone else think.

Not so Swampthing, last New Years eve (closing day) I climbed into a hanger at sunrise and sat there till dark, only got down twice to stretch my legs and get the blood flowing.
When I walked up to my buddies farm house after the hunt I showered and helped prepare for the upcoming party. This was just outside of Sundridge.
