I need to re-read the federal regs, but it looks to me that we're good to go for shotgunning waterfowl on sundays in the new MNR (provincial)selected sunday gun hunting areas.
Yee-haw, this will double mywaterfowling oportunities!

check your unit,, not all areas that are open for sunday gun hunting are open for sunday waterfowling.
No person shall hunt migratory birds on the following Sundays during the hunting season in Wildlife Management Units 73 to 95 inclusive from September 10 to December 31, and February 25. Sunday exclusions do not apply to falconers who may hunt only ducks on Sundays from September 24 to December 17 inclusive.
Im in 94 and I am so thankful no sundays,, it would literally double the hunters in the area.. Too many guys from Mich and Ohio would be buying lic's.
Iwaterfowl in62 but live in Toronto so this is huge to me, after driviving 3hrs to hunt the saturday I can now get a sunday morning in before leaving, thats a 50% increase in blind time!
