I looked into it as a combo hunt with the primary being Polar Bear, but you better have some $$, all the hunts I found started around $25 grand ++++. I was told hunting them in the NorthWest Territory is almost 100% kill, most people I talked to will let you take an Ox for a couple grand after the Bear just to kill the rest of your time.

$25K, sure with a polar bear. But I know you can do a muskox and caribou hunt for $8k +/-.
