Went to the new relocated S.I.R. store on Saturday. Very nice. The store is twice if not three times the size it was before. They finally have there own parking area with lots of parking and good exits, not like before. The firearm section has a excellent selection of rifles and shotguns. I was talking to one of the salesmen and he told me that they sell lots of firearms by mail order. They must be doing something right. Overall this is definitely an improvement from before with lots of room and good displays.
Thats good to hear.I haven't been there yet but hopefully they can do something about their service/knowledge as well.I have seen and heard to many things to even ask a question when I'm in there.
Finally got the chance to drop in there today,your right...its huge!!
Looks like their still stocking shelves though...lots of empty space and people(staff) running around with carts full of product...Can't wait 'til hunting season rolls around...the selection only gets better!!!
I dropped by on Thursday and bumped into an old school friend that works there. He told me that they are going to have a grand opening sale in the next 2 weeks or so. So keep you eyes open for any advertise on this grand opening. They may have some good specials.

Well the Bombers aren"™t doing to great either..... If you come to Winnipeg you better bring lots of bug spray. We"™re having a heck of a mosquito war going on.
