Default looking for a new scope for my 7mm mag? zeiss?

i am lookin at a zeiss conquest 3-9x50 with rapid z 600 reticle, anyone have one of these scopes? how do you like it, i read alot of them on the internet and seem to be nothing but good scopes but i dont know anyone around that has one. wondering if its worth the $$$$ or should i go with a luepold? thanks. its goin on a 7mm rem mag

The Conquests are fine scopes indeed. I like the Rapid Z 600, and have shot a friend's quite a bit. I prefer the Conquests to Leupy VX3 scopes but, actually, either will get the job done.

I like Ziess better than low-to-mid level Leupys.


If you can afford more than that, they all make "good ones" !!!

I own 2 Zeiss Conquest scopes,3-9-50mm and a 4.5-14-44mm! You won't be sorry,excellent glass. I got both from a seller on e-bay at a great discount...

I have a vari x3 3.5x 10x50 on my 7 mag, upon sighting in I shot a .38" group.
The 3x9x50 Zeiss Rapid Z 600 is waiting to be mounted!

Either way Zeiss or Leupold and you will never go wrong

Zeiss Conquest scopes, in my opinion, is one of the better values out there right now. Have one. Like it a lot. Leupold Vari-X III - very good choice also. Don't overlook the Bushnell Elite 6500. I consider the Elite 4200 a very good value. If the Elite 6500 is a better scope, it's worth a look se.
