Default Redfield Scope.

I just purchased a rifle that had a older redfeild scope on it. The scope is 3x9 with three sets of cross hairs two way up high and one in the middle. It also has from the bottom going up a series of numbers 200,250,300,350 all the way to 600. the space between gets smaller as you go up. I think its a range finder. Does any one know about the scope or how to use the rangefinder? Do the upper cross hairs move? It has a dial inside of a dial on the ajustment

If you don't get an answer here, go to the www.opticstalk.com website and see if some of the posters on there can help.
