Default Fog proofing optics?

Is their a way to keep you binoculars from fogging up? Whenever it gets cold my optics fog up and it is getting annoying.
I will appreciate any sorta help.
Thanks, Gen.

My Nikon Omega scopes came with a Nikon branded cloth that you wipe down the lens with and it is supposed to prevent fogging. I just did it a few weeks ago but haven't had the gun in the woods yet so I don't know if it works. I did see that Gander Mountain sells them separately.

leave them in the truck or an unheated building, don't have the heat on in the truck.
optics fog on the outside from condensation from heat during cold weather.

You may want to check this out.
Make sure to read the instruction, to see if it will work on coated lenses.
