They look like Warne rings to me. There are several Warne suppliers online or check the Warne website (www.warnescopemounts.com)

The link specifically states manufactured for Warne, go to warnes website and use the dealer locater applet.

Warne website does not show them. Binaculars.com use too carry them but are not getting anymore. Ill call Nikon monday and see if these are available yet. thanks
