Default Marlin 336 in .35 rem.

I currently have a Bushnell 4x Sportsman on the gun.I want to upgrade,I was thinking along the lines of a Leupold Rifleman or VX1 in 2-7 or a Nikon Pro Staff 2-7.What do guys think? Any other reccomendations are gladly welcome.
thanks
Jerry

Got the same gun with a Bushnell Legend 2x7. The Nikon Prostaff 2x7 is a nice scope...that's my vote.

I'd opt for a Leuppy FXII in 4 power.

What do guys think of of the Leupold Rifleman & the VX1? read somewhere that a few guys say to stay away from the lower end Leupolds. Any opinions on that?

Rifleman = junk and the VXI is only a little better...IMO. Leupy is dumping the VXIII now, so some better deals can be found on those.
