Default scope help.

my muzzleloader is shooting shooting 6" high at 75 yards. It is now to dark to shoot so I was wondering if anyone knows how many clicks to move it to get me close to dead on. I would like to get a jumpstart for tomorrow. By the time i get home i don't have much time to sight in. 1 click = 1/4" at 100 yards

36 clicks down, by my math. Trouble is, most <$300 scopes won't adjust consistently over 36 clicks. It still should be close.

It really depends on your scope. I have one scope that is very close to the 1/4" per click but I also have a scope that 5 clicks will move it over 4 inches. If it were me, I would leave the scope alone knowing that it is 6" high at 75 yards and hunt accordingly. Just my 2 cents.
