Default Ideal mounts

If you are mounting your best scope on your best gun, what would you ideally buy and use to mount your scope? I'm sorry for the dumb questions. Optics is a pretty new subject for me. Thanks, Chris

Conetrol as 1st choice. Talley's as 2nd choice. Warne's as 3rd choice.

A quality 1pc base and tactical ring would be my first choice. Made by TPS, Badger, etc.

Burris signature would be a reasonably close second if the scope and gun were light.
