Default $200 Scope

Can I find a high quality$200 or so scope? If so what would it be?

There are plenty of scopes available in that price range. I would suggest you start your look with Nikon scopes.

What's it going on? What purpose will it be used for?

Nikon Monarch is a good cheaper scope IMO, not sure about $200 though, probably more in the $300-400 range and depending what size...

Im puttin it on a single shot 25.06 with a bull barrel. To shoot what, probly hogs maybe deer along with 'yotes and similar game.

my .25-06 is topped with a Pentax Lightseeker, which might be a little more than you want to pay. the Pentax Gameseekers are also very good scopes and within your price range.

Nikon Buckmaster, Bushnell Elite, keep in mind though that $200 is not very much money for a quality optic.
