Default anyone work with tasco customer service

I just got a new tasco this past year, no more then 80 rounds on it. and the X-hairs started to spin. has anyone had to call tasco's customer service.

it pissed me off, I paid $60 from a gunshop for the one that broke and the $30 tasco I got from walmart is working great. over 100 round on it.

Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. Even if they will fix it, it will cost you shipping, (probaly both ways) and you'll have even more money sunk into a cheap scope. You may want to try talking to gun shop, sometimes they will help you out.

By the time you go thru two or three of these cheap scopes you could have bought a decent scope.

tasco is owned by bushnell and if u send it back it will cost u $10.00 and they will upgrade u for a fraction of the cost for a better scope!
i had some tasco bino's i sent back and they did it for me! ended up witha pair of10x42 trophy bino's for a real good price!

Dont fret Corey, such is life. Anything manmade and mechanical no matter what it costcan fail sooner or later. I just sent a Swarovski scope back for warranty work due to the reticle spinning. The scope/rifle had about 100 rounds of stout 416 Rigby loads through it if that counts

what hurts is that I am, very tight right now. hoping to switch jobs. just wish the was compeny that put out a good sub $100 scope. even saving is not enough for some of the scopes out there. such is life. do with what you have. hope for better.

Hey, if this works, do it! If call them up, start bashing that Tasco, tell them your going to buy a Nikon. Tell them what kind of hassle this has caused you, and that you injured a game animal because they're scope is a POS! After a couple of good lines, they will probaly bend over backwards for you! Worse thing they can do is tell you no.

I am not going to waste my time on them. probly not covered under the limit lifetime.

I got better thing to do then to wait on the phone for a 50/50 or just set there for an hour or two for someone. save my money. if I am not able to get a scope this year. I just use my scoped ML whole time. or just shot open sights.
