RE: Burris black Diamond scopes
Burris makes good scopes but they aren't my favorite. The last one I tried was a Signature Select. Good (not great) glass, but it just seemed big and blocky. Additionally, my opinion of their CS is that it is a little lacking. If you want better glass and great CS, I'd suggest looking at the Kahles line or a Zeiss Conquest. That's my $.02. Good luck.
