Please do yourself a favor and DON'T waste your money on leapers scope!!!!!!!!! You might actually luck out and find 1 that works but it ain't worth it. Remember-with just about anything but scopes for sure-you get what you pay for.

I wouldn't go with simmons either. A cheap scope is just that and CANNOT be depended on!!!!!

I didn't mean to be bossy-just trying to keep you from wasting hard earned money on something you won't be satisfied with or will break down. You might check out a weaver or nikon 2x-2.5x fixed power or red dot. What I do when tempted to settle for inferior optics or other gear is put it back and save until you do have enough.

Leapers is well known for their pellet rifle scopes. I never heard of a rifle scope from them. I would not buy anything less than a Nikon Prostaff for a rifle scope.

leapers does make rifle scopes, but the only sites I did find any comments on the leaper where air rifle forums. I need a scope for my sks because I wear glasses and need the extra help to see farther plus the type of sights it has gives me double vision, just can't focus on the front site. I just need something cheap and I will add money to next year's budget for a better scope.

btw here is a link to leapers site (FYI) and the scope I WAS looking at. I can get for 24.99 before shipping, it is a $60 full retail.

ok I know yall where trying to help me, I talked with my wife and she wants me to get the simmons I found locally, "if the wife is not happy no one is happy". since it is going on my sks, I am going to get a recoil buffer to help from speeding up the damage, and save up and get a much better one next year.

Thank you guys for all the help
