Default Ring Tightening

When installing the ring cap screwson top of the scope, is there a preferred tightening sequence? Is it OK for the back ring screws to be completely tightened down before starting to tighten the front??

I like to tighten them down little at a time, kinda like a car wheel sequence. Thats after I lap the rings real good and cold blue them. When they are all seated, I then torque them.

I would hand screw them down in no order then torque them down in no specific pattern.

I tighten them down evenly as in a torque pattern.

I hand tighten the screws by hand and make sure that the top ring is level (same amount of space between the top and bottom ring on each side). Then I start torquing a little bit on each screw and I repeat the process until everything is tight enough. I try to make sure I keep the same gap between the top and bottom part of the ring.

I also tighten the top rings down evenly , making sure the space between the rings is equal and torque the screws in pattern...
