Default Aimshot or BSA Panoramic Sights

Anybody have any experience with the Aimshot or BSA Panoramic Sight? Is the multi reticle or multi dot better? Would they be good for a turkey gun? What about for a mini-14 or AR-15 out to about 100 yd. Natchez has them $45-50 usually $100-150.

Obviously they are not an Eotech or a holosight, but has anyone tried one. Let us here about it.
