Default Cabela's Euro Binos

I have a pair of 8x32 Bushnell Legends and am looking to upgrade to a little stronger power and better quality glass. I'm looking at the Cablela's Euro Binoculars 10x42. I've read a lot of reviews that they hold their own against other European glass. The run $800 so I'm strongly considering them. Anybody like them or not like them?

The only thing I wonder about is who makes the binoculars for Cabels's? No doubt they have a great reputation, but they don't make the binoculars themselves.

I believe that Meopta makes them for Cabelas.

The Cabelas' euro are indeed made by meopta. They do compare favourable with the Big 4. But if I was not concerned about money, I would opt for the Swaro EL or Nikon Premier LXL. However Meopta optics are incredible, even more so when you comare pricing. I looked through them at cabela's and was blown away. It beat everything in it's price range and you needed to spend 3-400 more to better the quality.
Only bummer is Cabela's only offers 10X. Meopta has all sizes but they are more expensive. For instance the Meopta Meostar 10x42 is around $879.99 mail order. The same bino is $799.99 as a Cabela's item

I own a pair of the Meopta Meostars 10X42 I purchased them from Alex at eur0optic.com I think I paid $750, and I couldn't be happier. Great optics, great price, and great service from Alex. Check them out.

Thats a high money range, if i was you i would pick up Burris Fullfield II, its way more cheaper and has a good quality glass. The Swaro EL are also very high recommendable at a high price, i dont know if i would pay that much more for little difference.
