Default Bushnell elite 3200 vs leupold rifleman

i was looking at purchasing a bushnell elite 3200 4-12 40mm for my 270 i found one for a great price but i also ran across a leupold rifleman 4-12 40mm for a lil cheaper yet. I was wondering how they compare. From the research ive done it appears to me that that elite 3200 is the better of the two. I'm fairly certain i'm going to go with the elite but i was wondering what you guys think. I'm not to up to date with leupold items so i may be wrong with my statement. Any info will be appreciated thanks guys.

I would not even consider the rifleman,as I feel the 3200 offers much more value for the price.

I am a hardcore Leupy fan, I wouldn't even consider the rifleman. I bought one, and it was my last. However, I have fell in love iwth the elites. In fact, two years ago, I never owned one, now I have 2
