Default .17 HMR Scope?

I am looking for a good scope to put on my Marlin .17 HMR. Any reccomendations.

Depending on what you want it for, the Mueller APV would be a good one.

my roommate had a savage .17 and he had a 6-18x bushnell that he got from walmart for $100. This scope is great for a .17. I used it more than he did and I killed a number of grounds out to 212 yards with this thing. Matter of fact, I am buying the same gun this weekend and buying the same scope!

I deleted my post above and am sorry if it was offensive, in the future I will give more thought into how I phrase the words without coming off as arrogant. Again my appologies.

There are numerous scopes thatwill work on the 17 hmr...I like the Zeiss line.

I guess I mist something , but any ways. I have 6-18 x 40 Bushnell Trophy that I had on my 17 HMR that worked very well...

I bought a BSA just for the fact there is no recoil so I did not spend a whole for one...I got a 6.5X20X50...and I see a ways out there!
