Default Bushnell Red Dot?

Does anyone know how the Bushnell Red Dot holds up to .44 mag revolvers?
I've got a brand new one that I'm not using and I'm thinking of putting it on my RSRH.

Are you talking about the Holosight? If so, a bushnell rep told me it would be finewith .44 mag loads.

No, its not a Holosight, it is just a Bushnell Red Dot, with a 3 MOA dot, 10 MOA dot, crosshair, and circle/dot. I know that people use them on shotguns, so it should hold up good on a .44 though the recoil from a shotgun and a revolver are two different types of recoil!

I know it holds up to a .50 cal muzzleloader. I had one on mine for 2 years and it shot great.

the only red dots i like are the aimpoints, they are paralax free, meaning that you do not have to center the dot in the sight for them to be on target, you can test this our by setting them on a table or counter top, look thru the aimpoint and move your head around so the red dot moves around within the sight, notice the red dot stays fixed on its target in the distance no matter where the dot is in the tube.......all other brands you MUST have the dot centered in the tube for it to be accurate. they are worth every penny if you ask me
