Default Swarovski vs Zeiss

I am in the market for a 1" scope for a new Blaser R-03 synthetic model that I am purchasing. I have been a Zeiss fan for several years and have Diavari 3-12x56 30mm scope on my other Blaser R-93. I have Conquests on most of my other guns. I have been looking at Swarovskis for this gun and am interested in 3-9x. Does anyone have any recommendations on Swarovski models?

If you"™re looking at 3-9 you"™ll have to look at the 36 mm Obj. lens in the 1" tube and that would be the AV-R series. All the 1" tube scopes are the AV-R series. I have a 3-10 x 42 Swarovski scope with the 1" tube and find it to be an excellent scope...

I have made my decision on a scope for my new Blaser. I found a Swarovski Habicht 3-9x36 new in box for about $150 below retail. I had almost decided on a Conquest, but this scope is 11 oz versus 15 oz for a Conquest. It should work well on a lightweight carry rifle. Thanks for the replies.

I was going to recommend a 3-10 Swarovski. Where did you find your scope? Do they have any left? Which reticle? Tom.
