Default Redfield scope repair?

Today I was given a Winchester model 70 ranger, the gun has a RedfieldTracker 3x9 scope on it.The scope appeirs to have a cracked lend inside it.My ? is ,is this scope worth haveing repaired, and is there any companys that repair older Redfield scopes. The gentalman who gave me the gun said he had bought both over 20 years ago at K mart.I did call Mead today about the repair but was told that they do not repair scopes that are that old, made in Denver.

Default RE: Redfield scope repair?

If it were me, I'd junk that scope and buy a better one. My philosophy has always been to put the best optics on that I can afford at the time.
