lol, when i was reading this there was an ad for Ihop with there waffle and fried chicken plate. Don't think that will do it.

That's kind of what started my Lardness.... I've been eating some wierd stuff that I normally don't eat, but I did break the 230 mark, I was down to 229 today, beats the heck out of that 241 I was at 10 days ago.
I go back to work at the end of the month; I'll get back to my normal weight before long.

Ladies at school are having good luck with Chia seeds. ALso a couple did a thing called detoxing.

theres a couple different detoxes, one of the popular ones have you drinking lemon juice in hotwater and seasalt water to help "clean you out". You may lose some poop and some water weight but i think most experts agree its a short term fix at best. Now something like a juicefast or a green smoothie detox is alot better for you and a good start on a lifestyle change.
