It was a good joke ,but I believe it will come true within five years and here is why.

Note that the 2.5+ buck harvest was increasing before AR was implemented . It increased by 8,700 from 2000 to 2001 and by 6,712 from 2001 to 2002. Implementing Ar only increased the harvest of 2.5+ buck by 9,400 in an increasing herd ,at least according to the PGC.

As the effects of herd reduction become more apparent,the 2.5+ buck harvest will continue to decline and we will soon be harvesting fewer 2.5+ buuck than we did before AR's were implemented.
