NON-resident hunting in maine..

does anyone know when the opening day is for NON - resident hunting is this year?
i thought it was the 28th. of october.

that is weird since last year was the last monday in october. seems like they bumped it back a week.
but all in all thank you portage for letting me know.

It all revolves around the Saturday after T-giving being the last day as a standard...count back four weeks from that.
