Greenridge State Forest?

Anybody hunt Greenridge this year?Man where did all the people go not much hunting pressure, or deer for that matter,seen a few does on opening day & nothing on the last day of the firearms season[:@]when does were legal!This place use to do well for me a few years ago!

Green Ridge holds some special memories for me, but it too has been affected by the poor management practices( and other contributing factors). It may get beter in the future...that's all we can work towards.

I was in GreenRidge last weekend. Didn't see a deer. Nor did I see but one hunter. I saw some hunters at a local eatery around lunchtime, but for all I know they were hunting private property. That place has gone down hill.

I remember when it used to be packed with people and deer. Nowadays hardly anybody hunts there it seems like. I wasn't hunting but just passing through the forest in my truck.

yeah I think nexst year I will hunt Monacracy or Sildling hill some where I at least have a chance at a deer doe or buck!Have to find some good land maybe the eastern shore too!
