Default 19 point 350 lb. buck shot near Royersford, PA

All I have heard thus far is that it was shot on Saturday near the Schuylkill River by a guy using a crossbow. It was supposedly shot in the neck and is an absolute monster. I will post more once I get some details.

well, anything is possible, but i highly doubt that the deer was 350 on the hoof. i have lived in wayne on the edge of the state park and seen deer that would rival the state record, but nothing over 215-230lbs. that would have to be one well feed deer.

do u shoot at french creek outfitters???

lemond33, I don't shoot there, but I've been down there. It's about 10 minutes from my house. I just moved to Phoenixville this summer and have been hunting around Royersford. Nobody I have talked to has mentioned seeing a deer of this size, but who knows. As soon as I have some more details I'll let you guys know.

That's right in my next of the woods. Do you know if it was on private property?

This could be the buck that you are referring to. The pic. was on the realtree website a few weeks ago. The post claims that the buck was killed with a crossbow in Nov. around Philly I think? Anyways it looks like it was shot in the neck...says it score 211". What a monster!

if thats the buck, he sure is a beauty. I don't know about 350lbs though, that may be stretching it a bit...
