Where to hunt in MD during rifle season?

Does anyone know any good, public spots? I'm new to hunting in MD and don't quite know what the laws are here, and where we can go. I'd love to bag a few deer while in MD.

Is there a website or anything like that? I'm used to hunting on private land, but would love to go more often.

Most counties in Maryland have shotgun seasons, not RIFLE season. Whereabouts do you live?

I'm in Ellicott City/Columbia/Clarksville area. Not opposed to some travel either.

I will be in private family owned land when I can get down there. Just North of Hereford. I wanted to get down for early muzzleloader season by my work had other ideas. If you hunt for meat I might be able to hook you up with a spot that you can hunt whenever you want.
