Default NY 8W

Hoping to go down the friday before shotgun season and hunt a couple of days with the bow and then the rest of the week with the shotgun. Was wondering how the acorn crop and deer sightings were. Thanks.

Default RE: NY 8W

Cant say for 8w persoanlly, but second hand I have heard that major rublines are seen, and activity is good. Acorn crop is so so, not bad, but not a bumper crop by any means.

8H, I have only seen one rubline (wohoo! literally 5-10 yds from one stand). The crop has been hit or miss, but the animals know where those spots are of course
