Default A SIX POINT!!!!!

Was talking to one of my (nonhunting) landowners the other day. He owns one of the honey holes I've worked very hard to earn and keep that he only lets me and one buddy hunt. He said he's been seeing a "six point" regularly from his house. No big deal, right? Except that he told me the same thing three years ago. Late in that season, I shot a 130" 10 point, brought it out and when he saw it he said "that's him! the six point I told you about!"

Can't wait to see this one!

Ya gotta love nonhunting people describing bucks to you. Mostly they end up OVER estimating them. Nice when they underscore em.
Good luck getting after him.

I was talking with a non hunter yesterday at work, and he was telling me about this 5 point he saw by his house. He said he hasnt seen one that big in a while.....I was thinking how big can a 5 point be. Well I dug a little deaper until he revealed he had 5 points on each side....but he thought you just counted 1 side. I wonder how big he thought the 8 point I killed the other year was

Another of my landowners wives feels the need to point out their "nests"

She also complains when they "scratch" her trees up

The best one I heard was when a co-worker asked if I use the same tree stands that they sell for Christmas trees. After a deer in the headlights stare I found out he thought we put trees in a field to hide behind. I won't even go into spotting deer and why fawns look the way they do!

How about when you walk into work after a hunting trip and you get asked if you "caught" anything
