Another NJ Bear Application Update

I emailed the NJF&W about black bear applications mailed in, in the past few weeks. They emailed me back few minutes ago, and they stated that all bear applications that they received in mail will be discarded.

Oh well. Looks like I lost 37 cents.

Also I called NJF&W, I talked with a women with the black bear dept., I explained to her, that 3 weeks ago I mailed in my application, and yesterday the NJ Fish & Game Council voted to have all applications accepted, and ready for processing, she stated that she heard of no news of this, and that the Council has no right to order the NJF&W to process paper work. Also all applications that are sent in aren't the offical applications, and all fake applications will be automatically toss in the garbage. She did say that the NJF&W wants the hunt to take place, and that they are caught in the middle, hunters wanting a hunt, and Campbell saying NO. The only applications that will be accepted are those that come from either there web page or from the stores, but aren't out yet.

When you call F&W or DEP they must reply with the answer that the DEP comissioner approves.

They are not and have not discarded applications. Trust me on this.

Even if they were, isn't it worth the 37 cent bet?
