Default NJ Early Zone Archery Hunters Pt II

Why do some of the archery bretheren out there claim there season doesn't open till Oct 2nd? If you enjoy hunting than why not go to a zone that is open? I usually wait till the weather cools down some, but not this year. Loaded up on Thermacell and a Savanah suit and if the boys down South can hunt in this warmth, than so can I. I Waited from mid Feb. till now for tommorrow and I'm not letting particular zones stand in my way of sitting in a tree and and watching all those deer pass by out of range.

For me I dont care to hunt in this heat thats just me. Plus I would rather use my vacation, sick, and comp time during the pre rut & rut, and a few days for shotgun

I'm not going our until Oct due to lots of family committments and the heat. Jersey is crazy with these early seasons as well as a host of other issues. However, if you have the time and want to hunt then good luck!!!
