NJ Zone 6 - Buck Question

I have (will have) a NJ Bow License, NJ Permit Bow for Zone 6, and NJ Firearm License.

So...in theory...I should be able to harvest 5 bucks (at least 3 points on one side), right?

1 buck - Fall Bow
1 buck - Permit Bow
1 buck - Winter Bow
2 bucks - 6 Day Firearm

Well thats what it says in the law booklet, so yes your right!!!!!

And not that it will affect your number but if you fail to get 2 bucks during the firearm you can take them on the 3 day doe day.so between those 6 days and the other 3 still 2 bucks.

Still WAY TOO MANY bucks in my opinion!! Just another reason that Jersey put quantity over guantity.

I'm not sure if I am misreading this post, but if you do not harverst 2 bucks during the 6 day firearm season, you CANNOT take 3 bucks during the permit shotgun season. You can only take ONE buck during the permit shotgun ONLY IF YOU DIDN'T HARVEST 2 DURING THE 6 DAY FIREARM.

1 Fall Bow
1 Permit Bow
1 Winter Bow
2 During 6 day firearms
1 Permit Shotgun (ONLY IF YOU DIDN'T TAKE 2 DURING THE 6 DAY
1 Permit Muzzleloader

If you are a youth hunter you may take one additional buck to the above totals during the youth day hunt. This buck is NOT included in the 6 day firearm buck season total.

Yeah, I know. But I am originally from PA...and my family lives in PA. Only 1 buck per person per year....so I like to bust on 'em.
