Season changes for Md. deer season incl. Sundays.

The story I heard is that the proposal going through the legislature would give us 3 weeks of gun season and 3 Sundays.

Anybody else hear this?

I wish it was for bowseason. Sunday of Rifle season is usually when I see how much beer and smoked turkey I can cram inside myself.
Seriously, that would be nice, as I've usually burned all my vacation time during the rut.

I haven't heard that myself.

I heard Parasite Spendening took off a picture of father and son on the proposed cover of the 2000 hunting regulations book because it "promoted hunting" among our youth. Heaven forbid we pass along our heritage!

We will probably get the third week of gun season but not the Sunday hunting. Glendingaling is against hunting but his friends are birdwatchers and hikers and they testified that they are afraid to go into the woods except on Sundays.
