i hunted crop damage for the first time last year, it was real cool, it was 4 of us in tshirts and shorts, sitting on bean fields with high powered rifles. not real hunting but it did give me a chance to practice my long range shot, I normally dont get to take 200-300 yard shots so it was good practice. the only problem is if you shoot one you have so little time to work with as far as getting the deer cut up and put away (we dont have a cold box)

we also had the problem where some of us only saw bucks, never thought id complain bout that!!! the other dilemma we had was whether to shoot the does that had fawns with them, we opted not to, even though some people said they would be ok, we didnt chance it.
