Default DELAWARE PERSIMMON TREES

do u guys hunt this food source in the areas that u hunt?? 2 years ago this food source was the hottest thing going. i think that i am going to focus on them again this year...i saw so many does that year i hunted them. i saw a few bucks too. give me some of your thoughts and experiences

Whatever works, not much good for early season are they , better after a frost? That is a question....

yes ron, u are correct. when they start dropping...the deer hit them and i have seen them in the trees mid morning. bucks travel to them during the rut. if u eat one in the summer...it will lock your jawz up. great food source for the deer. soft mass...easy on the teeth...an old bucks heart. something easy to chew. hey, hit them and see for yourself
