Hey guys I was just wondering if anyone is having any late season luck. I was out for two days now and I shot a nice fat doe tonight with my bow. Other then that doe, thats all the deer I have seen, a lot different then the 30 deer a night I woudl see on my private land honey hole. It is about 40 acres of over grown rose bushes and swampy and the deer simply aren't leaving. I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and is bringing home the venison in the late season.
I saw some Deer today , 17 to be exact , and one was a buck , chasing doe... He came up over the hill running doe and grunting , didnt offer a shot and the 6 doe came withon 10 ft of me and the smokepole.. I am off school til the 5th so ill be out alot next week in persute of a nice racker./

I had 2 does at about 40 yds Saturday morning. The lead one turned broadside and I placed my sights on it, and squeezed the trigger. And the flint went "click", and the deer went poof.
