Default Acorns

Well this year after 2 years of no acorns my area finally has a crop. But it seems only the chestnut oaks are the ones dropping. The red and white oaks don't show any signs of producing again this year.
Any one else noticing the same thing?

my place in Lackawanna co, is over loaded with all types of acorns(apple /pear tree's are also heavy with fruit )
but my place in Schuylkill co doesn't have an acorn to be found on any of my tree's there
and only about 1/3 of the apples trees there as well, have apple's , too many late frosts at my Schuylkill co place this is second yr in a row with very poor apples there!
