Default Pa doe permits

Finaly I got my first draw yesterday , hopefully I' ll get my second next week . Seems like they were slow about getting them out this year , with all the changes and whatnot .

A guy I work with just came to me today and told me he just got his First permit for 4E yesterday (9-17-03) he said it came from McKeen County. This is ridiculus, Especially since the Game Commissions web site says all first round licenses must be mailed by the 15th.

PAH, it probably was mailed on the 15th. It takes a couple days of transit to get there judging on the distance. I estimate about 150 miles to the center of 4E from the center of McKean County. What I don' t like is that county treasurers are issuing licenses for all parts of the states....I got my 2F tag from McKean county(in 2F), but others, DL55 I think, got a 2F tag from Erie and that' s 1B. Your buddy got his 4E tag from McKean....no order to it, just random. I originally thought the tags would be distributed by the ct' s from the respective units....that' s obviously not the case.
