Good luck everybody!

This is going to be my first year, not hunting in Westchester opening weekend. My Dad's friend invited us to his property in Stamford. I'll be using my Hoyt Gamemaster with the 55 pound limbs. I'm really looking forward to taking a bear. A 600 pound brute was shot on the other side of the mountain last year. I'll be in the bear stand where my dad's friend shot a 250 lbs bear a few years ago.

No, because the wind is going to be gusting at up to 50mph, and it is going to be raining cats and dogs, so we postponed the opener till next weekend.

I just checked the weather, and it doesn't seem like it is supposed to be too bad; guess we won't know until the morning.
